Explanation of the ending of the Webtoon Death's Game

In the first death, Park Tae Su turned out to be Park Tae U's younger brother who killed Jang Geon Woo (Choi Yi Jae's eighth death) and Lee Ji Su, Choi Yi Jae's crush. Park Tae U himself was ultimately killed by the 12th death of Choi Yi Jae, namely the hunter.

In addition, Choi Yi Jae also entered Kwon Hyeok Jin's body in his third death. However, Kwok Hyeok Jin was killed by his bully, Han Jun Seong. It turns out, Han Jun Seong went to the same prison as Choi Tae Sang, the figure possessed by Choi Yi Jae in his seventh death.

2. Choi Yi Jae spent the last 30 years living as his mother

The last bullet that Death fired apparently required Choi Yi Jae to live in his mother's body. Different from the previous bodies, Choi Yi Jae decided not to commit suicide and survive.

Choi Yi Jae lived for 30 years in his mother's body until he died due to complications from an illness he experienced in old age.

3. Seulgi, the daughter of Choi Yi Jae's former colleague when he was a police officer, is an adult and believes his story

In the ninth death, Choi Yi Jae lives in the body of a police officer named Ahn Ji Hyeong. For the first time, Choi Yi Jae cares about saving the life of another person, namely his colleague, Woo Ji Hun. In fact, Choi Yi Jae accidentally fell from the roof of a building with gangsters who were about to shoot his colleague.

30 years later, Woo Seulgi, Woo Ji Hyun's daughter, comes to a rehabilitation center as a novelist. Seulgi listened to Choi Yi Jae's story in the figure of her mother about dying in 13 different bodies.

After hearing the story, Seulgi realized that everything Choi Yi Jae said in his mother's body was a real incident. When Seulgi was about to ask again, unfortunately Choi Yi Jae's mother had passed away. Seulgi believes that the old woman she was talking to was a figure who used to exist in the body of her father's colleague.

4. In the end, Death gave Choi Yi Jae another chance to live before committing suicide

After 30 years had passed, Choi Yi Jae returned to Death's place and begged to come back to life, but in his original form. Death said she would grant that if the bullet in the Russian roulette gun fired on the first try. At the end of episode 66, a hand standing on the roof of the building picked up the phone from a contact named 'Mom'.

From this scene, it is likely that Choi Yi Jae managed to come back to life as himself before he jumped from the building. Death turns back time to turn on Choi Yi Jae.

5. If time were to be turned back, would it be possible that Lee Ji Su would not have died?

If it is true that Choi Yi Jae is alive and time has been turned back, is the character who died still alive and has his destiny changed? Lee Ji Su, a novelist who met Cho Yi Jae when he was Jang Geon Woo, is known to have had a tragic accident. Will Lee Ji Su's destiny change? Maybe later Choi Yi Jae will look for Lee Ji Su's whereabouts?
